When the cosmic question of what in the world our shop would hawk if we ever got around to opening one landed on our plates, Aaron and I stared into the existential abyss for a hot second. Lo and behold, from the cauldron of our brainstorming session, a few hilarious potions bubbled forth:

1. Café Carnage: Apparently, our reputation as decent cooks has made us eligible to dream of a café. We’d lovingly dub it “Ugly but Delicious,” because let’s be real, our decorating skills are about as refined as a two-year-old wielding a crayon. But never fear! Our culinary wizardry is unbeatable when it comes to taste. Picture a menu that ranges from mouthwatering desserts to personalized, bread-y creations. Tune in for our upcoming posts, where we’ll dissect our culinary misadventures and triumphs. Some might look like artistic masterpieces, while others… well, let’s just say abstract could be the new aesthetic.
2. Smoke Signals Bistro: In a shocking twist of fate, a café dedicated to the ancient art of barbecue and smoke rings danced in our minds. When we embark on these smoky escapades, we’re in it for the long haul, channeling our inner Zen masters for at least a solid 24 hours, taming pork butts and briskets into submission. The grand parade of flavor wouldn’t be complete without tantalizing sides and, of course, our award-winning (in our heads) signature sauces.
3. Snap ‘n Sizzle Studios: Hold your applause, folks, because we’ve also considered a photography studio. I, your humble photographer, bask in the glory of capturing the perfect candid, while Aaron moonlights as a digital wizard, whipping pixels into shape with a flick of his metaphorical wand. Though we usually focus on family snapshots, we’ve been known to sprinkle our photographic magic on others too, ensuring their memories get the star treatment.

Now, hold onto your hat—these are just the opening acts of our sideshow of creative craziness. As we paddle our canoe through the river of entrepreneurial dreams, we can’t help but ponder the boundless potential that awaits.
