Yesterday, we embarked on a caffeinated odyssey, elevating the “Coffee Cruise” to new heights as our journey unfolded from Beach to Mandan. With the goal of exploring as many coffee shops as humanly possible, we kicked off our adventure at the crack of dawn, commencing our quest for the perfect cup of java that would carry us through the day.
From 5 am until the sun began it’s descent, we navigated the western side of ND, making pit stops at a whopping nineteen different coffee havens. To ensure a fair comparison among them all, we adhered to a strict ritual at each location: the tried-and-true small caramel macchiato.
Our taste buds danced through a spectrum of flavors, encountering concoctions that delighted our senses and others that left us pondering the choices that led us to such moments of culinary uncertainty.
By the time our coffee-fueled expedition reached its climax, a unanimous sentiment echoed among us—we were more than ready to bid farewell to the caramel macchiato, at least for the foreseeable future. Expect our comprehensive ratings and reflections soon, complemented by a interesting video compilation capturing our real-time commentary as we sipped our way through 19 caramel macchiatos in under 12 hours. One thing’s certain: caffeine was not a miracle worker for energy boosts, but certainly took us on a wild ride.
