What if you woke up with only the things you thanked God for yesterday?

Hey there, wonderful souls! Today, let’s take a moment to dive deep into the enchanting world of gratitude – that heartwarming emotion that has the power to transform our lives in the most remarkable ways. 🙏 Imagine this: you wake up to a brand-new day, and the first thing you do is whisper a heartfelt “thank you” for the gift of another sunrise. It’s like sending a cosmic high-five to life itself! Gratitude isn’t just a fleeting feeling; it’s an art, a practice, a way of infusing every moment with a touch of pure magic. Have you ever noticed that a simple “thank you” can light up someone’s day? Gratitude is like a joyful spark that ignites connections and spreads positivity like confetti.

When we pause to appreciate the little things – a warm cup of coffee, a genuine smile, a cozy blanket – we’re giving ourselves permission to soak in life’s beautiful moments. Gratitude teaches us to find wonder in the everyday and turn mundane moments into extraordinary memories.  While life’s journey isn’t always smooth sailing, gratitude offers us a sturdy anchor that helps us weather the storms with grace. When we focus on what we have rather than what we lack, we tap into an endless reservoir of strength and resilience.

Here’s the secret superpower of gratitude – It’s like a cosmic boomerang – the more we give, the more it comes back to us.  So, how can we sprinkle a little more gratitude into our lives? Here are some ideas: Start with a gratitude journal, where you jot down three things you’re thankful for each day. Practice mindful moments – pause to appreciate the beauty around you. And hey, don’t forget to share the love – a heartfelt “thank you” can make someone’s day shine even brighter.

Let’s focus on embracing gratitude as our daily superpower, our joy-infused compass, and our heart’s most cherished melody. Gratitude – because life’s greatest treasures are often found in the simplest moments. 🌼🙌 #GratitudeMagic #EmbraceTheJoy

Get an attitude of gratitude! Today I thanked God for my Mother and her love for baking. When she first married I was told she didn’t even know how to boil water, not because she wasn’t smart enough , but because the years before her marriage she worked outside working cows and planting in the fields.
My Mother would tell me of her first baking days and burning the baked goods so bad she buried the pan – a good memory. I baked several loaves of apple bread. God had brought the apples down from the tree so I baked them into bread. I love to experiment with baking breads. However sometimes the bread can be a bitter bread when zucchini and pumpkin don’t like each other. Just ask Aaron and Britt. I am okay with experimenting even if the bread is not perfect, because I am not perfect. So thankful for being okay with my not so perfect bread.
Today, I was also thankful for the shower I received from my washing machine. Although most of the time a shower is not what is expected from a washing machine. My machine has been trying to die, and I have been helping the machine drain the water from a tiny little hose to give the machine a little more time. However, today I couldn’t seem to cap off the little hose and I got a bath instead. Thankful for the moment to laugh at myself and be okay with laughing at myself. Tonight I am grateful for God’s blessings of the time to sit with my husband , my children, grandchildren , and the little angels in Heaven. So grateful for so many blessings and miracles.

It’s hard to believe that grandma didn’t know how to cook when she met grandpa especially when you look back and reminisce on the variety of foods she made with such precision and from memory no less. I’m grateful for all the memories I have of spending time with her in the kitchen.
